Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all business processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Operations Manager will work closely with other departmental managers to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity, reducing costs, and achieving company goals.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Bachelors or associate degree in administration, operations management, or experience in a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Become familiar with and abide by all company policies and procedures.
Perform the assigned duties and responsibilities in a diligent and professional manner in keeping with company standards and expectations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure that all business processes are efficient and effective.
Work with other departmental managers to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity, reducing costs, and achieving company goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
Manage and train staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards,
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Develop and implement strategies for improving quality control.
