Description

Summit Property Group is a service-oriented business dedicated to consistently meeting or exceeding the needs and
expectations of clients in a responsive, timely, and professional manner. The Dispatcher plays an integral role in representing the company and acting as liaison in ongoing communications and delivery of services.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively participate under the direction of the General Manager, in the day-to-day activities including but not limited to:
Intake work orders and requests and put them into our software system
Call tenants and clients to schedule work.
Assist in scheduling, dispatching, and assigning work orders as required.
Reconcile all work for completion and invoicing.
Assist field team with notice delivery and picks ups whenever applicable.
Track data for billing reports
Track data for scheduling
Update work logs as advised.
Reply to customer inquires and complaints in a professional and respectful manner.
Communicate work status with customers to keep them up to date.
Work with crews to follow up on job statuses, as needed.
Answer the phone.
Building invoices
Filing completed work order notes and photos
Become familiar with the software being utilized and act as a support for problem solving any issues that may arise through appropriate resources.
Other office and operational duties as required
