We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team and assist our customers in securing financing for their vehicle purchases.

Job Description:
As a Financial Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in our dealerships success by managing the finance and insurance department. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maximizing profitability for the dealership.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Financing: Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases by evaluating credit reports, submitting loan applications, and presenting financing options.
2. Insurance Products: Offer and explain various insurance and extended warranty products to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the benefits.
3. Negotiation: Negotiate financing terms with financial institutions to secure competitive rates and terms for customers while maintaining profitability for the dealership.
4. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with all federal, provincial, and local regulations related to automotive financing and ensure the dealerships compliance with these laws.
5. Documentation: Accurately complete all finance and insurance paperwork, ensuring it is submitted in a timely manner and meets legal requirements.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process, addressing customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and assist in structuring deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership.

Previous experience in the auto, insurance, or banking business is required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
