Description

This is a full-time permanent position.  This is a hybrid position.  The successful candidate will work in our Saskatoon office a minimum of three days a week, and up to two days a week from home.

The Technology Workplace Support Technician is responsible for providing the Banks employee's with technical support either virtually, in-person, by phone, by chat, or via email.  This position is responsible for supporting software, hardware, and enterprise systems.  The Technology Workplace Support Technician is also responsible for the preparation, deployment, maintenance, and asset tracking of some technology items.  

Technical Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
Experience in troubleshooting:
oWindows 11, including PowerShell and Command Prompt
oMicrosoft 365, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
oPDF applications (Adobe, Foxit, PDF Sam, etc.)
oWeb browsers (Edge, Chrome, Safari)
oZscaler
oAzure Virtual Desktops (AVDs)
oUser account management in on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID
oLaptops, cell phones, peripherals, printers, video-conferencing equipment, etc.

Ability to do some lifting and moving of computer equipment, up to approximately 20 Kg.
Ability to crawl under desks and tables as part of setting up and removing hardware.
