Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment
Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence.
Assisting customers with inquiries, addressing complaints or issues, and maintaining a positive and professional rapport with clientele.
Managing and ordering office supplies and managing the record of company assets and accessories.
Handling emails, maintaining effective communication with internal staff.
Handling ordinary mails and courier service.
