Job Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Ensure food service and quality control, Prepare and submit reports, Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, do the same job as workers supervised and other related job duties as or may be assigned from time to time
