Century West has an exciting opportunity available for an individual seeking a role in a fast-paced growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the general operations through the development of project schedules, budgets, client interactions, communications, material, sub-trades, changes orders and all other administration related to a successful project completion.
Prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements. Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Complete, interpret, review, and approve survey work to confirm designs and contract quantities for payment.
Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Creating POs once sub trades approved.
Oversee the project to ensure that it is executed on time and delivered economically, efficiently, and effectively, all within compliance of the required standard and specifications of the client.
Liaise with clients and client representatives to ensure that Century West is delivering a quality product within a given timeline at a high level of service.
Work closely with Project Managers, Management, Clients, Safety, and employees to ensure daily activities are carried out safely and economically.

Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of related estimating and/or project coordination experience, ideally in a residential construction environment. An equivalent of education and experience will be considered.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines without supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel); willing to learn and work with in-house software programs.
Outstanding communication, relationship building and conflict resolution capabilities.
Valid driver license.
