We are hiring a Leasing/Property Manager within our Regina portfolio. They will also enjoy working with people in a team environment and leading with excellence. They will be responsible for showing available suites, qualifying prospective clients, and successfully negotiating leases to achieve optimal value for Avana while ensuring client satisfaction throughout every step of the customer journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for
the complete professional management and overall customer service of their designated property and resident portfolio, acting as the main point of contact.

On a day-to-day basis, the Leasing/Property Manager will report directly to the Team Lead, Property Management. This is a full-time salary role designed to manage the customer experience and daily operations for one of Avanas existing residential rental property portfolios and the associated residents.

The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident status or Canadian Citizenship) and must have a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
