Job Summary:
Western Litho Printers is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions and records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL) entries, employee benefits administration and processing payroll. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our companys records.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):
-Process and manage all incoming invoices and payments.
-Ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
-Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable (AR):
-Track incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
-Prepare AR aging reports and assist in collections when necessary.

General Ledger (GL):
-Record daily financial transactions into the general ledger.
-Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts monthly.
-Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Payroll Management:
-Process payroll for all company employees accurately and on time.
-Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
-Handle payroll deductions, benefits administration, and tax filings.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
-Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
-Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Other Duties:
-Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
-Assist in the annual review process.
Provide support during tax preparation and filing.

Qualifications:

Education:
-Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Will consider experience in place of education.
