Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in the selection, purchase, or lease of new and used vehicles.
Provide detailed product knowledge on the latest Ford models and other vehicles in our inventory.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
Negotiate terms and pricing to meet customer needs while ensuring profitability.
Guide customers through the entire sales process, from test drives to financing options.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Stay informed on the latest industry trends, promotions, and dealership incentives.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive sales is an asset but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
A valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest vehicle technology and features.
