PWM Hydraulics is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time based individual in our Yorkton Plant.
We pride ourselves in producing high quality custom cylinders to meet our customers needs, from our in-house engineering design to the finished product being delivered on our customers specified schedule. Our focus is providing this service to agricultural, mining, industrial, oil and gas, as well as the transportation sector to help them achieve more productivity and profit.
We are looking to hire a motivated and hard-working permanent full-time CNC Saw & Yard Foreman in our Yorkton plant. Job Duties:
-Operate 3 large industrial saws, cutting material to precise specifications
-Operate cranes, forklifts & other material handling equipment
-Pull, inspect & verify product before processing
-Properly & safely set up equipment to run material
-Process set up notes according to work order specifications
-Verify that product meets set up note specifications per written work instructions & record measurements (sampling plan)
-Perform equipment preventive maintenance
-Properly enter/delete material identification tags per written instructions
-Perform general clean-up
-Assist in the packaging of material per written work instructions & work order
-Maintain issued measurement equipment in working condition
-Maintain raw material organization & inventory
-Load & unload Shipments
-Identify, record & segregate scrap & any non-conforming material

Requirements:
-Forklift experience
-Experience using calipers
-Accurately read a tape measure
-Experience with a metal saw is a plus
-CNC experience is a plus
-Understand manufacturing process
-Independent/Team work
