As a key player of the Site Services team, you will be maintaining and upgrading critical systems. You will tackle a variety of challenges, from maintaining and repairing systems, to handling new installations and upgrades at site. If you are ready for a challenge, we invite you to apply!
Responsibilities:
-Performs maintenance and repairs to water and sewer, oil, gas, propane, refrigeration and HVAC equipment
-Perform new installations and modifications/repairs to existing on-site facilities
-Work with vendors to troubleshoot repairs and collect part information as required
-Use SAP to generate notifications, work orders, purchase requisitions and other related transactions
-Act as relief for the Mill Maintenance Plumber/Pipefitter as required
-Responsible for adherence to all applicable codes
-May be expected to operate some medium-duty equipment including personnel bus
Skills and Qualifications:
-Interprovincial Journeyperson Plumber
-Saskatchewan General Gas Fitters ticket
-5 years of Industrial maintenance experience is preferred
-Possess furnace and refrigeration training certificates or equivalent experience
-Knowledge of all applicable pipefitting and gas fitting codes
-Experience with industrial piping materials such as sclair, CPVC, stainless steel and victaulic piping is an asset
-Class 2 drivers license is an asset
-Priority will be given to residents of the Saskatchewans North
Work Location & Schedule:
-McClean Lake
-14 day in/ 14 day out rotating schedule
-Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside of normal working hours may be required
