Safe food handling and preparation
Assist with Short Order menu cooking with deep fryer and grill.
Determine size of food portions.
Ensure food quality and timely delivery of dishes to restaurant goer's.
Responsible for food preparation, which allows the Cooks to maximize their time cooking food.
Main responsibilities include washing and chopping and peeling fruits and vegetables, meat slicing, measuring out ingredients for the cook, making fresh burgers.
Must be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job.
Will deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen.
Be able to function in a fast-paced busy environment as part of a team.
Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees, etc.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surface, taking out trash, etc.
Ensure food and other items are stored properly.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation guideline.
Assist with maintaining inventory.
