Description

Duties:
- Prepare menu items within company's established guidelines
- Responsible for the daily preparation of all food items in all facets      of the care home's culinary operation
- Preparing meals for residents, bake desserts, cakes, and salads and sauces
- Clean up of kitchen areas and organize food stocks at food storage, fridges and freezers
- Prepare grocery lists and may perform other related duties like assisting Home Support Workers during feeding time.
Requirements:
- First Aid, CPR, Food Safe.  
- Experience in cooking in a home setting would be an asset.
- Clear understanding of the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen related activities.
