Welldone Mechanical Services Inc, a family-owned company with 59 years of service in Regina and Saskatoon, is expanding! We are seeking a skilled and licensed HVAC technician to join our Regina team.

As an HVAC technician at Welldone, you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. We seek a candidate with technical expertise, strong customer service commitment, safety focus, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot HVAC/refrigeration systems.
Install/retrofit equipment per specifications and codes.
Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing installation quality.
Document service actions via work orders and reports.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Maintain company vehicles to safety standards.
Deliver top-notch account servicing, including work order analysis, complaint investigation, and issue resolution.
Stay updated on industry developments through ongoing training.
Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; journeyperson certification is an asset.
Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Adherence to company uniform/PPE standards.
Ability to work in independently in a diverse and dynamic environments.
Problem-solving, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean record.
