Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Program Director, or designate, the incumbent will complete a variety of regular maintenance, renovations, researching quotes, and needed repairs. Some tasks are minor in nature, such as: paint, repairing or assembling furniture, cleaning gutters, and inspecting roofs.
