Duties:
1. Supervise activities of cooks and other kitchen workers
2. Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
3. Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
4. Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs
5. Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
6. Create new oriental recipes based on previous experience and knowledge
Requirements:
1. Being officially trained on cookery
2. 1-2 years of head cooks experience
3. Can speak both English and Mandarin
4. Having the experience of making recipes of weekly combos
