Description

Exhibits a friendly and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
    Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill. Collects payment from customers and makes change accordingly.
    Responsible for all Cash-In Procedure- accounting for all forms of money, opening and closing inventory during the shift.
    Assures product temperature and keep the records in temperature catalog during every shift.
    Deploys all employees to each station, assigns duties and supervises them throughout the shift.
    Assures sufficient back up stock during lunch and supper rush.  
    Assign staff to prepare food prep, labelled them and store in appropriate place.
    Counts weekly inventory and generate Weekly Inventory Sales Report on every Wednesday and transmit week data.
    Ensures sufficient inventory is available throughout the week and place order through Sysco every week.
    Inspects product quality and report any concern to Subway quality control and file a report.
    Assigns all necessary coaching module to all employees as per University of Subway.
    Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
    Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the SUBWAY Operations Manual.
