Service Advisor
Western Canada's fastest growing dealership is hiring! Energy Dodge is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to execute a range of customer service tasks. Applicants must have vehicle and vehicle knowledge. Minimum 1 year of experience required. Comprehensive benefits package and competitive wages provided. Working schedule Tuesday-Saturday.
Responsibilities:
Provide customers with excellent customer service.
Receiving vehicles from customers and performing a full walk around.
Upselling the service department.
Quoting parts and service estimates
Engaging with customers
Scheduling appointments
Answering incoming calls and performing outbound calls
Picking up and dropping off customers
Strong follow up and communication skills.
Process retail sales transactions.
Maintain housekeeping standards.
Maintaining service and records of all transactions.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1-2 years of service sales experience in automotive or a similar environment.
Knowledgeable in technical tasks will be an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem solving, attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy.
Knowledge in Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) would be an asset.
