Work Location: Cupar Hotel, 912 Railway Ave, Cupar, SK S0G 0Y0
Term of employment: 30-40 hours/week, 2 Years/ Permanent
Salary: 16.00hourly (To be negotiated)
Requirements:
At least 6 months of relevant CANADIAN working experience
Willing to relocate in Cupar or towns within 80km
Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required
Work language: English, knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese will be asset
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent education
Duties and Responsibilities:
Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Process group arrivals and departures
Take, cancel and change room reservations
Provide information on hotel facilities and services
Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Provide customer service
