Description

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff, including food counter attendants and food preparers.
Ensure smooth operations during peak hours by managing workflow efficiently.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, including monitoring inventory levels for both kitchen and service areas.
Prepare food order summaries for the chef according to customer requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Take customers' orders, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.
Prepare food items such as sandwiches, hamburgers, fries, salads, and beverages using appropriate equipment and following standardized recipes and procedures.
Portion, assemble, and wrap food or arrange it on plates for service to patrons, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, safety procedures, and customer service standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Supervise and check the assembly of regular and special diet trays, ensuring accuracy and adherence to dietary requirements.
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining consistency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing reports as necessary.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas, including equipment maintenance and sanitation.
Support the selection and training of food service staff, fostering a positive and cohesive team environment.
