We are on the search for a permanent full-time ECM/CRM Analyst (Enterprise Content Management/Customer Relationship Management).The successful candidate will ensure the respective systems (ECM and CRM) are effectively implemented and utilized to drive simplicity, improve efficiency through innovation, and enhance user and customer experiences. Supports the use and benefits of our ECM system and ensures efficient document and records management across the organization. CRMs primary focus is on implementing and supporting a solution that optimizes customer engagement, improves business processes, and enhances overall customer satisfaction through CRM technology.
