Effectively schedule and organize work for kitchen staff
Provide respectful and resourceful customer service to the general public
Manage and maintain supply ordering and inventory
Perform staff training as needed
Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and arrange for repairs when needed
Oversee daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities including report checklists
