The Administrative Officer Projects and Planning plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and planning within the Borderland administrative teams. The coordinator will provide administrative input to location and department managers while offering support and maintaining data while focusing on the following:
Oversee and co-ordinate administrative procedures
Manage projects and establish work priorities
Co-ordinate and plan office services
Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations
Assist in budget preparation

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
You have a business administration diploma or relevant experience.
You have 1-3 years experience in the planning and organization of administrative duties.
Youre familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
You posses a very strong attention to detail.
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
