Were looking for an intensely curious and dynamic leader to come on board as our Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide risk framework, enabling Conexus to strategically set risk appetite and manage risks to both protect and create value. You will be essential in establishing and executing an effective control environment and provide critical oversight at the enterprise level and in key areas such as cybersecurity, retail non-lending, and business continuity management.

Your experience:
- 10 years financial institution business experience.
- 5 years senior leadership experience in risk management.
- Graduate degree in commerce or business administration.
- MBA, Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Risk Management designation is considered an asset.
- A relevant combination of experience and education may be considered.
