Job Posting: Experienced Construction Hand (Carpenter or Tradesperson)

Your Role: As a Construction Hand, you will:

Lead a hands-on construction team to complete high-quality jobs on budget and on schedule.
-Perform construction work in all aspects of a renovation project from start to finish with an exceptional eye for detail.
-Train and support new Construction Hands as they develop their skills and abilities.
-Work alongside our internal team, designers, vendors, and sub-trades to ensure project scope is executed correctly and to schedule.
-Communicate with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience.
-Document work completed on site (Daily Logs) and accurately record and estimate time requirements for tasks.
-Drive and maintain a Collaborative Construction vehicle.


Experience Required:

-Experienced carpenter or tradesperson.
-Experience in interior and exterior construction work with an eye for details.
-Ability to lead teams, provide coaching, and motivate others.
-Exceptional time management skills and the ability to think multiple steps ahead.
-Outgoing personality and able to connect with people effectively.
-Outstanding organization skills with an emphasis on cleanliness (job sites, shop, vehicle, etc.).
-Comfortable on job sites including heights, ladders, crawl spaces, etc.
-Ability to work some evenings and weekends when necessary.
-Clean driving record.
