Borderland Co-op is hiring a Deli Manager at our Moosomin Food Store

What youll do:
The Deli Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the deli department in the Moosomin Food Store: including inventory control, merchandizing, budgeting, staffing, asset protection, and health and safety. The Deli Manager will provide leadership, direction, and support to ensure the business delivers trusted products and services to the community with a high level of customer service.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
    You have 3 years of relevant customer service experience including 1 year in a leadership position.
    Previous work within the Co-op Retailing System will be considered an asset.
    Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
    You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
