Role: Manufacturing Operations Trainer
Location: Saskatoon
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Position Overview:
Crestline is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operations Trainer to instruct and coordinate the training of production employees. Responsibilities include assessing skills, developing training programs and materials, and implementing these programs to enhance safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals and guides. Design and develop interactive training programs with a high return on investment. Lead training sessions on operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality control standards. Evaluate training effectiveness, provide feedback, and adjust programs as needed.Track trainee progress and identify additional training needs. Stay updated on the latest manufacturing technologies to improve training content. Work with HR and manufacturing supervisors to identify training needs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Analyze training processes and data to update materials and provide reports. Proactively resolve issues and drive training initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or college diploma in a related field (communications, technical writing, adult education, training).
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Proficiency with production equipment, ERP, MES, and lean manufacturing tools. Excellent communication skills for facilitating training sessions.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Mechanical aptitude and experience in training new production workers. Understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to motivate employees.
