Description

Under the supervision of the Director, the employee will be responsible for the care of infants and children in the Dream Big Child Care Inc. Center.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Ensure that Daycare Regulations and Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times.

-Prepare and implement age appropriate curriculum

-Create and maintain the physical environment to ensure optimal health and safety of the children.

-Assist in supervising all activities to ensure safety of infants and children at all times.

-Perform basic skills of child care as outlined by the Director (i.e. feeding, diapering, and toileting)

-Identify unusual behavior and illness and consult with the Director

-Attend staff meetings as required.

-Attend staff training as required.

-Perform related work as required.
