The candidate must be willing to relocate to Humboldt/Englefeld or surrounding area.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Research automation and integration technologies.
2. Analyze, design and integrate automation system.
3. Oversee Robotic Weld operation performance.
4. Lead Weld deficiency troubleshooting and corrections.
5. Lead integration and programming of new weldments.
6. Lead selection of new equipment, procurement, integration and support.
7. Initiate process or program changes to improve quality and efficiency.
8. Develop and maintain Weld Maps and SOPs.
9. Training of new robot operators.
10. Provide coaching and support to all team members.
11. Ensure employees are following all safety policies and procedures.
12. Working with the Production Supervisor to achieve daily output.
13. Ensure that all products produced is to Schulte Quality Standard. If in doubt consult with Q/A Dept. and Supervisor.
14. Inspecting and reporting any non-conforming product
15. Attend training as required
16. Perform other related tasks as required.
