Description

The qualified individual will be working with children aged 18 months to 9 years of age. Work schedule is an 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday. Effective, open, and honest communication with parents and co-workers, reliability, punctuality, accountability, time management and ability to follow directions are necessary. Daily work tasks include, but are not limited to activity planning, helping children with toileting, getting children dressed for outside time, leading play time/crafts/stories, teaching the First Nation basic language and preparing the children for kindergarten.

QUALIFICATIONS
*Valid Early Childhood Educator Certification Level 1,2,or3 or be willing to take the ECE Level 1 course upon hiring
*Valid registration with Government of Saskatchewan Ministry of Education
*Clear Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector checks as of current date
*Current First Aid/CPR certification or willing to take upon hiring
*Current WHMIS certification or willing to take upon hiring
*Current Safe Food Handling certification or willing to take upon hiring
*Valid driver's license and own transportation
