Description

Position Description:

The Director of Properties will oversee all of YWCA Reginas 6 building and all of the maintenance and housekeeping staff. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this individual will develop and manage budget, Capital planning and implementation, building systems operation and management, workplan (annual and monthly), funding opportunities (application and reporting). The ideal candidate will have strong mentoring, management and operations skills. We are ideally targeting someone with analytical and problem solving skills, familiarity with building maintenance systems.

Responsibilities:
Preparing and managing yearly budget
Directing property operations and maintenance staff to achieve the highest possible level of service.
Manage maintenance and housekeeping staff
Assist in prioritizing work orders
Develop and implement Capital Plan

Qualifications:
Grade 12-General Educational Development
5th Class Boiler Operator License/Certificate
Refrigeration Plant Operator License
First Aid/CPR Certification
5th Class Saskatchewan Drivers License
Must be able to provide a Criminal Record Check
Any combination of education, training and experience demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities described. Team Supervision
