The Ministry of Highways, Traffic Guidance Operations is seeking an organized, motivated Crew Chief for the Sign Crew. As Crew Chief reporting to the Traffic Guidance Manager, you will provide guidance/supervision to the sign crew within your geographic area and will be responsible for the overall maintenance of existing and new highway sign asset network. This position involves extensive travel and you will be required to be away from home and you will work in extreme and changing climate conditions.

To qualify for this position, the successful candidate will have the following:

- Computer skills including Microsoft Office (outlook, word, and excel);
- Valid Class 3A or 1A operators licence;
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up 50 lbs; and
- Digger derrick certification or willing to obtain certification within 12 months of hiring.
