Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and customer service? As an Automotive Sales Specialist at Ford Langenburg, you will play a crucial role in selling cars, generating new leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us build strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales and financing process.

Key Responsibilities:
-Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
-Provide information about available vehicles and their features.
-Conduct test drives with potential buyers.
-Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
-Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets.
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
-Evaluate customers' credit applications and financial situations to determine eligibility for subprime or standard financing.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions specializing in subprime and prime financing.
-Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers.
-Guide customers through the financing process, explaining terms, rates, and repayment options in a clear and understandable manner.
-Collect necessary documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the financing process.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any questions or concerns regarding financing terms or agreements.
-Communicate with banks and lenders to maximize the offerings approved by financial institutions.
-Collect stipulations required by banks for funding.
-Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership.
-Increase brand awareness through multiple sources such as customer calls and internet outreach.
-Perform administrative duties as required by the department.
-Support in-house financing for deals and closing the deal.
-Other duties and tasks as assigned.
