Description

As the Petroleum Manager, you are responsible for developing the strategic plan and overseeing the operations of the bulk petroleum, and cardlock locations for TURTLEFORD COOP.  

In this leadership role you will:

    Prepare annual budgets and achieve budgeted financial goals including sales, margins, expenses, employee productivity, inventory turns and overall contribution.
    Analyze existing and anticipated marketing conditions in the department and make recommendations for the retail's marketing plan.  
    Ensure a customer contact program is in place and service standards are being met.
    Oversee and monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
    Oversee the maintenance of the 3 cardlocks  Turtleford, Paradise Hill and McClaren.
