Job Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization
Manage A/R & A/P
Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping
Manage CC payments and online banking
Receive and manage payments from clients
Calculate and prepare payment for utility, tax and other bills
Work Order tracking
Post Office and Bank runs
Petty Cash
Manage office supplies
Greet customers and answer phones
Send invoices to customers
Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services
Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents.
