Description

The opportunity:
Develop, recommend and implement communications plans and activities for Canpotexs internal and external audiences, in alignment with overall company strategy and business objectives.  
Plan, organize and execute large-scale events involving business partners and customers.
Execute Canpotexs community investments, including building and managing relationships with community partners.  
Create, manage and/or update corporate communications tools, such as corporate key messages, corporate presentations, external/internal websites, social media accounts, photograph/video libraries, employee townhalls and online digital channels.  
Identify and develop communications material as needed, including key messages, press releases, speaking notes, briefing notes, fact sheets, reports or social media content.  
Ensure communications activities and messaging are consistent with corporate brand-building strategy and strengthen the companys desired positioning with all key audiences.  
Measure the effectiveness of Canpotexs communications strategy and analyzes options for enhancement.

You have:
Degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related field; professional communications designation would be considered an asset.  
Minimum five to seven years of progressively responsible communications or public relations experience.  
Experience developing and implementing organization-wide or external communications strategies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.  
Experience working in an international organization, a private corporation, or a publicly traded corporation would be considered an asset.

You bring:
Excellent communications skill, both written and verbal, strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
Ability to build, maintain and communicate effectively working relationships with a wide-range of audiences, such as Executive members, shareholders, and community organizations.
