Description

*Supervise and manage staff to ensure efficient operations.
*Assign duties to staff on shift, monitor performance, and provide coaching/training.
*Ordering of merchandise, and other supplies for the store.
*Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
*Perform cash management duties such as reconciling cash drawers, and monitoring cash shortages or overage.
*Open or close store depending on the shift you are assigned to.
*All other duties assigned by the store manager.
