The Bank Shift Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Bank in compliance with the directives set in SaskGaming's Policies and Procedures. To ensure that optimal cash thresholds are maintained, that the highest standards of efficiency, guest service, and security are met by following SaskGaming's policies and procedures. The Bank Shift Manager is an integral part of the Bank Management team and are required to exhibit an outstanding level of professionalism and provide guidance to staff through leadership and management of front-line staff performance.
