Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning operations and ensuring high-quality cleaning services. This is a hands-on role that requires both time management and cleaning expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
    Perform various cleaning duties as needed and demonstrate expectational cleaning standards
    Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
     Strict adherence to cleaning schedules
    Assess cleaning service requests to ensure preparedness for job ready requirements
    Maintain a list of inventories communicating what is needed for supply orders as needed
    Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
    Refer customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to leadership promptly
    Confidentiality  Entering into private residential locations, you will be required to be strictly confidential- Will be required to sign a condition of confidentiality upon hire


Qualifications:
    Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products is an asset  Willing to train the right candidate
    Excellent organizational and time management skills
    Exceptional customer service and communication skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    WHIMS training is an asset
    Ability to lift and move 50lbs
    Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
    Will require a criminal record check and must be bondable
