The Role
Reporting to the general supervisor, maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a team of    Instrumentation maintenance tradespeople.

In this role, you will:
-will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance tradespeople in a way that sustainably maximizes the use of assets
-lead a team of Instrumentation techs that will be responsible for installation, calibration, trouble shooting and maintenance of Instrumentation devices
-ensure processes are followed, and work with your team to make improvements as opportunities are identified
-coach and develop a team of problem solvers.

Required:  
-Valid interprovincial journeyperson or an Instrumentation Technologist diploma
-10 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
-Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft

Recommended:
-Previous supervisory experience
-A Saskatchewan supervisory certificate
-First aid certificate
-Previous working experience using SAP
