Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and visionary leader to serve as the Founding CEO of The Carter House- a Family Treatment Centre. This role entails the unique opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive treatment facility, focusing on providing trauma-informed care, evidence-based practice and addiction recovery services for families. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic leadership, clinical expertise, and operational acumen to establish and grow a center that meets the needs of the community and sets new standards in family treatment, focusing on an outcome-based model of care. The Founding CEO will work closely with the Directors, staff, and community partners to establish and sustain a center of excellence for family treatment in Saskatoon.
Key Responsibilities:
This innovative Centre will focus on trauma-informed care and best practices to support individuals and families affected by addiction. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of addiction, trauma, and family systems, as well as a proven track record of leadership, program development, and business-driven outcomes.
