Description

Touchwood Child and Family Services Inc. requires a permanent full time Office Assistant.  The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to Post Majority Care Service workers at Touchwood Child and Family Inc. The Office Assistant will ensure the office of Touchwood Child and Family Services Inc. provides services in an effective, efficient and professional manner and will report directly to the Post Majority Care Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS: Office Education or Diploma in Business Admin. or years of experience. Preference given to First Nation Candidates.

-    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-    Office education/experience required
-    Ability to utilize computer hardware and software programs.
-    Exceptional organizational and public relation skills.
-    Must be punctual and reliable.
-    Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Drivers License and submit to an ACI Check.
