The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency is a provincial health-care organization dedicated to providing cancer care services to Saskatchewan residents. Reporting to the Provincial Manager of Population Health and Analytics in the Information Management Services Department, you will work with and facilitate agreement amongst business units to: clarify project scope and goals, conduct feasibility studies, identify project benefits, develop business case plans,  determine acceptance test plans;  collaborate with technology team members, end users, and software vendors to coordinate changes in business processes and software application requirements.

You will also provide support for existing systems, diagnose and troubleshoot business application software issues, and maintain a baseline of test cases and test environments for software applications/vendors and develop requirements for reports and queries from databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of results.

You will have a Bachelors degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or health care and 2 years directly related experience.  Candidates with a diploma in computer technology, engineering or health care and 5 years directly relevant experience; or candidates with seven (7) years experience performing business analyst responsibilities may be considered. You will have the ability to comprehend, develop, and present complex/ technical information, and have sound research, leadership, organizational, problem solving, and relationship development skills.
