Join our team as the Coordinator of Program Delivery, where you'll play a key role in the strategic development and supervision of city-wide waste diversion services, including recycling, organics, hazardous materials, and more. This position covers residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, requiring professional judgment, independence, and strong collaboration with other departments.
You will oversee and strategize waste diversion contracts, implement best practices, and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs). You will also lead and mentor a dynamic team, providing direct supervision and coaching to foster growth, ensure guidance, and drive exceptional performance.
Reporting to the Manager of Program Development and Delivery, this role is essential in driving efficiencies and innovations in our waste management programs.
