Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Team Leader at our Choiceland Corner location in Choiceland, Saskatchewan.

What youll do:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels
Lead a culture of safety and maximize operational efficiency
Effectively manage the development and direction of the reporting team members
Oversee the sales, margins, expenses, inventory, and sales of the store
Provide training to gas bar clerks for all store duties and for opening and closing procedures
Be familiar with and adhere to Lake Country Co-op policies such as selling of age restricted items and all government regulations relating to tobacco, lottery, liquor, and fireworks
Complete all necessary daily reports as needed, including daily cash up and reconciliations
Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, procedures, and train gas bar clerks accordingly
Ensure the department is displaying, stocking, and rotating merchandise as per company policy and standard with a focus on maintaining image and brand standards
Perform minor repairs to assets, as required
Complete other duties, as required

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:
You have completed grade 12 or have a combination of relevant experience; 3+ years of Agriculture and retail sales supervisory experience especially in the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) is preferred
You are 19 years of age or older
You have a valid Class 5 license
You have the ability to fulfill the physical job requirements  manual labour is required
