Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

-    To perform all the duties required for a satisfactory operation of the water utility system, from the intake at the river to distribution to customers, and prepare all the tests and reports as required by the Water Security Agency.  In his/her absence, to report to the Chief Administrative Officer, who is in charge of this function while they are absent.
-    To perform all the duties required to maintain and operate the Towns sewage and storm sewer system, including lagoon operation and drainage as Government Regulations provide.
-    To see that all waste material is picked up regularly and hauled to the Transfer Station as required.  To maintain a general supervision and keep updated Emergency Response Plans and other reports or plans as per Permit to Operate from the Ministry of Environment for the Transfer Station grounds.
-    To maintain all Town grounds, including but not limited to, the town office and shop, fire hall, community garden, rink, community hall, ball diamonds and grounds, cemetery, hangar, Lions Park and all town-owned lots.
