Three Farmers has a progression plan for our Food Production/Sanitation Operator positions as they learn the job duties, improve their skillset and commit to the Three Farmers core values, be proactive on their production line, identify and troubleshoot problems, manage maintenance on their equipment and be responsible for training new operators. Our progression plans consist of Operator Level 1, Operator Level 2, Operator Level 3 and Lead Hand.
Primary Responsibilities:
Receive production plan and ensure clarity with Lead Hand
Assist in the accumulation of all materials required for production runs are located at correct stations
Carry out production equipment checks prior to start of production
Ensure compliance of employee safety, PPE and food safety requirements
Cleanup and inspection of equipment - post production
Monitor individual equipment operation per manufacturing job function
Assist in all process improvement projects and line enhancements that are completed by management
Ensure compliance of employee safety, PPE and food safety requirements
Completes all sanitation activities as per SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operation Procedure)
Dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing and set-up of equipment
Assists Sanitation Supervisor to ensure that all chemicals used in the cleaning process are mixed with a proper solution according to the standard specifications
Communicate issues, concerns, and updates through documentation to Line Leader
Demonstrate a commitment to being an active member of a culture of employee and food safety.
Actively supports risk management activities as it relates to quality, customer, brand, and food safety.
Support the team with any other projects or duties required to be completed as needed.
