Canada Budget Cars is seeking a customer-oriented Service Advisor to act as a liaison between our clients, and our service team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive services or mechanics, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and assist with service inquiries.
-Advise customers on necessary/suggested services.
-Sell warranty, parts and services to incoming clientele
-Book customer service appointments
-Provide a personalized experience tailored to each customers needs
-Coordinate with technicians on service orders.
-Process service payments and manage service records.
-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Proven experience in customer service or automotive service.
-Background as auto service technician, mechanic, autobody technician, etc is preferred.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Basic knowledge of automotive technology.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
