The Role:
An Aplin Sales/Account Manager serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, oversees a portfolio of assigned clients, develops new business from existing clients, and actively seeks new sales opportunities to pass on to the permanent recruitment team.
Create and develop a book of business in your local market
Finding creative ways to wedge open the market and ultimately increase business and order flow
Conduct market research to understand the scope of business and opportunities that exist
Facilitating the recruitment process with both the client and the in-house recruiter to ensure clients receive our top-notch service
Managing activities involved in maintaining or improving the existing relationship
